THE IDEAL LAZARUS HOME
The ideal home we are looking for in London is 600 sq. m. (6500 sq. ft.) and can accommodate up to 20 people. The building should include:
- 2 separate flats (one for men and one for women)
- Each flat contains 6 to 8 bedrooms – 135 sq. m. (1450 sq. ft.)
- Every flatmate has a single room.
- A shared kitchen, living room, and bathroom.
- 1 flat of 110 sq. m. (1180 sq. ft.) for a family of 4

- semi-independent studios
- a garden
